God has given everything – His very Son – for His people: As we trust in Jesus, we’re given His Spirit, and become His children – and He calls us to grow to become like Him. Giving generously and regularly to the Church is a part of our worship and a wonderful opportunity for us to serve Christ’s mission in Mitcham and in the world. The best thing we can give to God is our hearts and our lives – our hopes and fears, failures and successes, struggles and our skills. And we receive from Him so much more: his forgiveness and freedom, his Spirit and a place in His family, and a fresh purpose in life. And so we want to respond in gratitude with our whole lives, including our financial giving.
