Everyone is welcome to our events and services throughout Easter. All services (other than those at Fair Green) will be held at St Mark’s Church Mitcham, St Mark’s Road, Mitcham, CR4 2LF.
29TH MARCH
10AM - 11.30AM PALM SUNDAY SERVICE
Meet at Fair Green at 10am for a hymn and prayer before we walk back to St Mark’s, bearing witness to Christ’s love in the heart of Mitcham. Our church service will then continue at 10.15am.
21ST MARCH TO 2ND APRIL
9AM - 12.30PM EASTER HOLIDAY CLUB
Three fun-filled mornings of Easter adventures, games and activities for children in school years 1-6. Limited spaces - book now!
2ND APRIL
7.30PM - 8.30PM SERVICE OF COMMUNION
A quiet and contemplative Communion Service, with foot-washing to remind us of the King who did not come to be served, but to serve
3RD APRIL
11AM - 11.40AM FAIR GREEN OPEN AIR SERVICE
We are gathering in the town centre with other churches in the community, as we remember the events of Good Friday together
12PM - 3PM REFLECTIVE SERVICE
Join us for as long as you like between the hours of 12 and 3pm, as we spend 'three hours at the cross' reflecting on the sacrificial love of God for the world and for Mitcham.
There will also be children’s activities between 12pm - 1pm.
5TH APRIL
10AM - 11.30AM CELEBRATION SERVICE & EASTER EGG HUNT
He is risen! All welcome to celebrate Jesus' gift of new life, with Holy Communion and an Easter Egg hunt for all ages.
Lent Lunches
Wednesdays during Lent at 12.30pm
Prayer and/or Holy Communion
Followed by free hot soup lunch!
